Keep in mind that I have my own style and work process, and while I may be able to draw inspiration from references sent by the client, the result may differ.⬤ My main means of contact is Vgen DMs, Discord and Twiter.⬤ Prices, TOS, and schedules are subject to change.⬤ Certain terms can be changed or adjusted through a mutual agreement established prior to the commission.⬤ If you wish for your request to be private until a certain date, it must be stated during the ordering process.⬤ At your wish, the commission can become totally private for an additional +50% of the total quote. This way, it will never be published on any of my social media, portfolio, or any possible publications under my name.⬤ Currently, there are no licensing options for commercial use (that brings you profit).I WILL NOT WORK WITH
⬤ Anything offensive or against my personal morals and beliefs.⬤ Hardcore sexual content (slightly sexualized or suggestive is fine but might be turned down in case I feel uncomfortable with it).⬤ Sexualized minors.⬤ NFTs, anything crypto-related or for AI purposes.⬤ Realistic animal or human animation.PAYMENTS
⬤ All payments are done through Stripe (preferred) or Paypal.⬤ Commissions must be paid at least 50% upfront.⬤ I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions.⬤ Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.REVISIONS
⬤ Every time I send you a WIP, you're allowed (and encouraged) to let me know if you would like me to make any changes to the artwork.⬤ Please note that these changes have to be relevant to the stage of the WIP (since animation is often very dynamic, I will let you know exactly what points I am working on for feedback for example pace, feel, colors, etc.).⬤ After a commission is finished, there will be a fee for minor revisions, unless it was a mistake on my side or something I forgot.⬤ Any great changes will come with an extra charge.⬤ Soft revisions will be charged 20 usd.⬤ Hard revisions will be charged 35 usd.⬤ An extra fee of 10 usd will be charged for revisions if it's requested a month or later after the initial request conclusion.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
⬤ My commissions aren't first come first serve and have a turnaround of about 2 weeks once started, and multiple commissions are worked at the same time.⬤ Hard deadlines shorter than expected delivery time will have a rush fee with price depending on how quickly you want and how many customers are on the waitlist.⬤ If you have any preferred file format, resolution, or render variations please state on your request.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
⬤ You may provide credits to the original artist(s) when providing a source file and ask for their consent (and take full responsibility in case consent wasn't asked and the original artist speaks out against it).You may credit (@negativozero_) wherever the work is displayed.⬤ You can NOT sell, redistribute, trace, modify, and/or claim ownership of the artwork in any way (commercial use is case by case).⬤ You may not use the commission for ANY purpose that was not discussed prior.REFUNDS
By commissioning me you forfeit your right to receive a refund. Once the work on commission is started, you are not going to receive a full or partial refund unless the below situations apply:
⬤ If I miss the set deadline without explanation and mutual agreement to move said deadline forward.⬤ If I believe I will not be able to meet the scope or expectations after initiating the request.⬤ If it comes from my initiative (canceling the order for whatever reason).⬤ If it wasn't possible to include an addon.⬤ After receiving a refund, you will NOT receive the file of the artwork I have been working on so far and are NOT allowed to use any of the previous WIPs.⬤ If the clients themselves prevent me from completing the commission, fees will not be reimbursed.COMMUNICATION

⬤ Acknowledge and recognize what to expect from my art style and animation style before requesting a commission.⬤ Provide as many details and references as possible.⬤ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and the Client's commission will be canceled and refunded if it occurs.⬤ By placing an order, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.⬤ Please read these terms carefully.⬤ Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.ARTIST AGREEMENT
⬤ The artist reserves the right to post the Client's finished artwork in the Artist's gallery for any reason.⬤ The artist reserves the right to decline any project or client for any reason.⬤ If the Artist experiences any issues (health-wise etc.), the Artist will inform you, ask you to be considerate, and let the Artist solve it before continuing commissions.⬤ The artist works Monday to Friday, and during the weekend Artist might not reply to your contact message.
